There are truly magical arts afoot with Resonance Repatterning Healing Arts. I am too calm, mellow and pain-free at the moment to be able to make much verbal sense. But decades of therapy, counseling, workshops and more have never had such an immediate healing power as one magical Resonance Repatterning session with Ruby Christine.

I went to Chrissy without specific issues to work on, I simply wanted to experience Resonance Repatterning. Chrissy provides a warm, nurturing environment in which to open up and heal. It’s also quite obvious that she is a skilled practitioner. She has numerous books that she quickly utilizes, during the session, as well as crystals and essential oils. My experience with her was very positive and I would definitely recommend her.
I’ve had four sessions so far, and it’s not like anything else I’ve done before. With every session, I get that eureka moment. I can also feel the energy moving within my body. I’m not usually one to leave a review but Ruby is hands down worth it!@ I had one previous experience in hypnotherapy in a workshop a year ago which really changed my perspective on how it changes the brain to refocus. Fast forward to recently when I felt the need to do it again for different reasons. I was in a good place of transition when I kept harping on an ex boyfriend, where he was, who he was with etc. I knew in my heart it was not the right relationship for me. Ruby was able to dive deep into manifesting the right kind of people I needed to attract to my life. I be damn if two days later I met that exact person we had collectively put energy into. She was very thorough after our session giving links to all sorts of information which I found very helpful. This isn’t some psychic lady with a crystal ball… for those of you on the fence. I was overwhelmed with what came up in just one session. A Repatterning session is not compared to any other typical therapy sessions and that is why I recommend meeting with Chrissy. Results can be instant, and that is why I choose repatterning. Chrissy is very easy to visit with and the books associated with the program she uses, allows you to go clear issues in life that you didn’t even realize were blocking you. After a session, you may feel very uplifted, sleepy or maybe nothing at all; this is your body going through the work and changes. When I attended my first session with Ruby, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I understood the concept of “repatterning” old beliefs, or removing things that get in the way of living your life fully, but that only scratches the surface of what repatterning is! My experience was incredible! One of the things she repatterened me for involved insecurities connecting with people. Before the session, I wasn’t able to connect with people around me and most of it was because I didn’t want to, which was due to my insecurities and being protective of myself. However, I longed for friendships and community. Well, almost immediately after the session (and it intensified as time went on) connecting with people became natural. I found myself saying and doing things that felt natural but in the moment I would think, “Where did that come from?” or “How am I enjoying meeting this person without all of the negative mental chatter?” And, people were naturally more drawn to me! It seemed that I didn’t have to put effort in at times. Doors started opening, situations started changing all due to the new connections I was making with people in my life. Now, my life is moving in a direction I have wanted for quite a few years now. This was only after 3 sessions. The best part of working with Ruby is that she is caring and handles your heart with gentleness. The session itself is easy but some of the topics can be intense. She was always there allowing me the space that I needed to allow the process the work. It is INCREDIBLE. I am always excited to receive another session!
Repatterning sessions with Ruby are difficult to describe, but incredibly effective. It’s like a combination of therapy and energy healing. One of the best parts of this practice is, unlike a lot of practices, you don’t necessarily have to have a specific issue or problem plaguing you to benefit from a repatterning session. I often find myself scheduling an appointment with Ruby when feeling “stuck” in some form or fashion. On more than one occasion I’ve found myself feeling stuck in my career. Shortly after a visit with Ruby, things shifting, opportunities presented themselves, and it became very clear which path I wanted/needed to take. Not everyone will make the subtle connections, but if you pay attention, you’ll see the universe at work. On top of that, all the hard work is done during the session; there is no homework, nothing to go home and really work on. Energy shifts during the session, then you simply watch things unfold or clear a path before you.
For those who may still be a little unsure how it all works, I like to describe it this way: Ruby essentially taps into your subconscious and your physiological imprints – the parts of you that remember everything that’s ever happened to you (even generationally and prenatally) whether your conscious mind remembers it or not – and basically has a conversation through simple Q&A and muscle checks to determine the direction of the session.
As for Ruby herself, she makes the whole process incredibly comfortable, explaining everything along the way. Her space is cozy and comfortable and safe. Even the remote sessions via phone or video are super helpful. You can just tell Ruby is in tune with the universe and with the energy you emit. Her calm, personable nature make you feel right at home and her incredibly empathetic and warm nature will put you at ease, making the experience effortless.

I had my 3rd repatterning session with Chrissy about a week ago and boy was this one particularly unbelievable. Not only was the session incredibly powerful the things that happened afterwards have been nothing short of amazing! During the session, the healing that was done was something that I didn’t even know that I needed but was a HUGE part of my journey and I could not be more thankful that we worked on it together. Chrissy is so compassionate, caring and GIFTED. This session was something else, wow!
