About Ruby

Meet Ruby

Ruby Christine Powell is a certified practitioner of Resonance Repatterning and a professional artist seeking inspiration in daily life – in the people, the experiences, the light and the love she encounters. For more than 10 years she has used her artwork as an outlet for expression, which often offers a window into her own psyche.

Ruby earned her Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s from The University of Texas at San Antonio. When she’s not in a healing session, painting or discovering new paths to healing and wellness, Ruby can be found spending time in Austin with her husband and two children. They are a daily source of inspiration. Ruby also worked for almost 20 years with one of Texas’ most beloved companies as Whataburger’s Central Texas Regional Marketing Manager.

THE WELLNESS PRACTITIONER

Ruby C Powell is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Energy Healer who guides clients to a powerful technique for removing unconscious beliefs that keep us stuck in unwanted and/or negative life patterns.

Whether it’s addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, lack of confidence, troubled relationships, coming to terms with your own sexual identity/LGBTQ, career concerns or debilitating fears. Resonance Repatterning is an evolutionary process that is transforming people and helping them to live life to the fullest. It is truly magical.

Ruby was introduced to the healing process that is Resonance Repatterning in 2014 by a close friend. She confided about an issue in her life that kept resurfacing saying, “It’s like this pattern that keeps coming back.” Prior to that, after discussing recurrent neck and shoulder issues with her chiropractor, it was recommended that she visit a healing center that utilizes spiritual philosophies to improve mind, body and spirit, a process very similar to Resonance Repatterning. She knew after only a few sessions that she would become a practitioner and utilize this process to change other people’s lives the way it did hers.

THE ARTIST

It usually isn’t until after a piece is begun or even completed that Ruby sees the connection between what she’s created and what has been lingering just below the surface of subconscious. When art is created in this way, she says, it can never be wrong.

Always exploring new textures and techniques, Studio Ruby recently began using the Giclée process to transfer high-resolution images of her artwork onto specially coated metal prints. You can read more about the Giclée process here.

Ruby’s artwork can be found across Central Texas at Hilmy Cellars in Fredericksburg; House Wine in Austin; Nuevo Café, and Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi; and Sophie’s Garden in Dripping Springs.
